Purnarita: A schooling into sharpness with serenity
Courage and serenity
In
a busy world most often people find it difficult to strike a balance between
being active while being composed in day today chores.
Spending
sometime daily in silent meditation will make us focus our attention inside
ourselves and also make our external living beautiful. This world is badly in
need of people who are serene but yet passionate to effect transformation of
the society into a common home for all.
Courage:
is not the absence of fear but having the ability to handle the fear in a
realistic way.

Purnarita
Course in Bangalore, India last week enabled the participants into
optimistically integrated positive living. They were schooled to make an inner
journey going back to their stories and work a way into Orderly and integrated
living.
This
time also we were able to reflect about the recent findings in Neuroscience,
particularly the spiritual realm that could be strengthened if we are faithful
for silent meditation and other Purnarita ways.
Thus
schooling into Purnarita was an enriching experience, responded one of the
participants. We look forward for similar experience at Anugraha, Dindigul,
Tamilnadu from 18th – 22 December 2017.
