Music helps to reach serenity
Music brings Peace
One of our
students once commented this way: “Pleasant music helps me to relax; earlier I
used to listen to Rock music very often during my free time. Now I often switch
to the melodious music which brings lots of serenity to my heart.”
It is a good
practice to listen to different kinds of music particularly those ones get to
our heart. If they are rhythmic and one may dance to the rhythm and enjoy the
harmony and joy it bring together.
