Optimistic & integral patience in trouble

Trying situations, irritating people and never changing manipulations can be the situation we may have to encounter sometimes. Is there a way out of it? Yes if we try not to give up the passionately integral ways. Doing all that one can we could leave the rest to unfold in its own time. It could be a life wisdom to keep on doing what one can while being alert to learn and try new possibilities. While facing the  trying moments integral optimism will inspire us to take care of our heart with love, care, support from friends, relaxation and connection to God in silent meditation. The above said integral attitudes will supply us with life energy to keep going.
