Integrally Optimistic Living during Lockdown
During the
lockdown all of us can undergo lots of stress. One of my friends recently
commented: “ Look at everyone in our family, each one is stressed out a bit and
trying to release that stress in a bit unique sometime strange way. Some are
trying to let it out on others by accusing them for little things.”
All of us who
continue to experience the continued lockdown can experience lack of energy and
enthusiasm a few times or more. It is normal to feel that because we are
exposed to a new situation that we did not have time to prepare ourselves. We
can but turn this lockdown into a spring board for self-care and spiritual
integration. Some tips you may like:

-Become aware
of the reality of life here and now we are facing and artificial things that
have occupied our personal space, eating habits and mindset. Note the thoughts
silently and stay there getting the feel of everything that happens around us. Let
us wake up to uphold nature and go green again.
-Take up a
new creative activity at home like memorizing a hope giving song that I heard
recently
-Spending
time in silent prayer and transmitting God’s blessing the entire world in
loving solidarity.
-Bringing
some order to one’s own dwelling
-Prepare to
reconcile and cleanse the deep seated wounds of the past from our hearts.
